Terms & Conditions – ZBANGER Art

1. General

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through ZBANGER Art.

 

2. Products

All artworks and prints are original designs created by ZBANGER.
Due to screen differences, colours may vary slightly from what is displayed online.

 

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled after processing has begun.

 

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise
• All orders are shipped with tracking
• If signed-on-delivery is selected, someone must be available to receive the parcel
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service delays

ZBANGER Art is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier service.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the courier first using your tracking number.

I will assist where possible, but I am not liable for lost or delayed deliveries once dispatched.

 

7. Refunds & Returns

• All sales are final
• Refunds or exchanges are only offered if the item arrives damaged or incorrect
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence

If approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

 

8. Damaged Items

All prints are packaged carefully to prevent damage.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of:

• The item
• The packaging

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

Laws Protection Act All artwork remains the intellectual property of ZBANGER.
No artwork may be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.
